I think you'll need the .psd file in order to do that.

It would be better if you asked the guy who made that banner to change it since he might be having the .psd file . Without the .psd file , it will be tough modifying that .

It seems like .Xstinct made it and he doesn't want anybody to edit his work so, I can't do it.

Well it has the name Detailedmilk in it, so obviously someone made it for him. Maybe he changed his RoG name, so really, could be his.
