textDeck - Banners Are Now Back!

I have added the banners back to textDeck - only for members though, also I have re coded the submission tables, added some ad spots on the submission page, and removed the profile page (not really needed) Also renamed the "My Sites" tab to "Deck". I will be adding a feature so you can choose to display text / banner for your submissions!

textDeck UPDATES:​

1) Member submissions are now approved automatic.

textDeck UPCOMING UPDATES:​

1) Members have the option to show title of their link / or the banner.
