I'd say it's constitutional.
 
I was more referring to the Fifth Amendment's promise of due process. The good old "all are innocent until proven guilty" amendment. Thoughts on that?

I don't think there needs to be a finding of guilt to search someone though. So I don't think that makes it unconstitutional.

Yep. Listened until a bit after his victory speech. Wasn't as bad for me though, being in PST.

The best part was when Podesta came out and was like "Guys... we won't give up yet! But we only rented the building until 2! Go home! Stay strong! The storm is bad but we will pull through!" Haha
 
Yeah, I was up until like 4 AM. Weird night. The Podesta thing was laughable.

Any predictions for the 2018 mid-terms?
