I've just stumbled upon a method to achieve 100k-150k posts a month on a forum under 1 month old....
Are you talking about automated posts or quality posts made by real humans?

Which of your forums have you implemented this method on? Are you currently receiving between 3,000 and 5,000 posts per day from this method?

Real posts made by real humans. Marketswag.net definitely, I'm achieving around 1.1k-1.5k posts, once I implement this, we should be seeing an increase to maybe 2k-2.5k posts minimum. I haven't done any advertising actually, all the traffic at the moment is from the previous owner.

When do you plan on implementing it The Elite?

Well done on those posts, that's a very active forum, I hope it continues to go well for you.

In the next few days, got a lot of work to do for Rune Gear as well. Thanks also. 🙂

Well, I agree with you, investment really does increase forum activity by a billionfold. I invested about $200 into promotion box and we are doing awesome!

I'm hoping to put your theory into practice. A local electronic store has donated a brand new silver Sony PRS-350 (Pocket Edition) reader to us, estimated value on Sonystyle USA website $179.99 (USD). We've open a contest for it yesterday that will ends on August 31st. The lottery, like the one on this board, will choose the winner in a special lottery that will be opened the last week so members can purchase tickets. The tickets will cost them 500 points, like the points system on this board, and they can buy up 5 tickets. So all users have to do is post to accumulate points and they have 7 weeks. I sent a newsletter to my 1393 members yesterday. I created a billboard in the home page. So since it's only been about 8 hours since I announced the contest, I want to see if this investment is very fruitful. 😀

That's pretty good for a forum that's not even a month old yet!

You bet it is. I'm still very impressed about its extreme fast growth in such a short period. I'm sure it takes a handful of work to manage everything but its worth it.

How much did you advertise MarketSwag to get the word out there?
