Well because your forum is new you shouldn't be hiring much staff and as far as I can see on your forum you don't have any staff, but because you don't have lots of members this is not an issue and it looks

I really do like the activity on your forum, it is reall active with a nice bunch of people making a decent community. I also like the site layout, looks very
good and professional.
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
The text colour in posts and on other areas of the forum should be changed as I find the grey hard to read against the black background.

Well I'm sorry to say that I'm not really into Anime so that would stop me from joining however getting a little bit more activity in off-topics area would get me to join though
