A staff that actually interacts and replies to users. You shouldnt pick mods that are friends unless they are willing to do the duties that any other mod would be expected to perform. Creatign a friendly welcoming enviroment is how your gonna get people to stay.
^^ Co-sign. I do my best to keep a full staff of interactive mods, admin and DJ's. Also if you dont have a staff, some thigns are bound to get looked over or not posted on.
