First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
I don't know what it is, but people seem to love this skin. I have reviewed at least 2 other forums with the exact same one which really isn't good - makes your forum less unique. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice skin but overused. That was my first impression. Thankfully though, I love your banner, it's really nice looking. I also like the custom icons. However, many are not transparent, which makes them look bad compared to the background color. Use GIMP or Photoshop to cut those out and make them transparent. On a happy note, those mood images are really nice looking and go well with the theme. So are the forum images. Overall, your skin is good but overused and makes your forum seem like just any old forum, not unique.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Fist off, you have a domain and favicon, which shows me you care about your forum, so that's good. Next, all the forum images go well with the forums well, and the forums are categorized correctly. I think you should add an image to the "Forum, Website and Blog Promotion" forum though, makes it look sort of neglected without one. Also, in topic view, the view is a bit wide for my tastes, there's a lot of empty space, not really sure if that could be fixed though so no big deal. Overall, nice job.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
220 members and nearly 10K posts in the time your forum has been open is great. Whatver you have done is working, keep it up. The only thing that concerns me is the Life forum. It doesn't have any life in it it seems. (Sorry, bad pun.
😛) I'd consider whether or not that forum is needed. That really could all be condensed into one topic, I don't think an entire forum based on something that happened recently is necessary. That's the only thing.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Honestly, there's not much to grade you on here. Your staff does a good job, and two admins and one mod is a fine amount. I wouldn't hire anymore soon, but it's fine right now. Not much else to say.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Your spelling and grammar was mostly excellent. Most of the problems I found were extremely minor and had to do with commas. Here they were:

"Sit back, relax and have some off topic fun here! Talk about anything you want in this forum." should be, "Sit back, relax, and have some off topic fun here! Talk about anything you want in this forum."
"Talk about all media here, from the funniest TV shows to your favourite songs. You may also post videos and soundtracks." should be, "Talk about all media here, from the funniest TV shows, to your favourite songs. You may also post videos and soundtracks."
"Talk about sports here, from your favourite sports to your favourite teams. If you're a football or rugby fan, this is the forum for you!" should be, "Talk about sports here, from your favourite sports, to your favourite teams. If you're a football or rugby fan, this is the forum for you!"
"Talk about video games here, from xbox live to the nintendo DSi, halo 3 or gears of war 2." should be, "Talk about video games here, from Xbox Live to the Nintendo DSi, Halo 3, or Gears of War 2."
You get the idea, double check your descriptions and you should be fine. As far as professionalism, you staff acts very professional, and there's nothing like random or stupid on your forum, so good job.
