You basically have to eat a tablespoon of cinnamon. It's much harder said than done.

I saw Mythbusters test this.. and I think this is just as worse as the people who tried imitate "Jackass" in the past.

In fact, Flux.. why do you keep doing it? It's hazardous, as you could choke...
