First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
The skin of your forum is nice. The amount of red is a bit overwhelming at once, but you get used to it. I think it's nice how you have those little dots fade in at the bottom of each section, a neat effect. I like that you have a favicon, though I'm not entirely sure what it's supposed to be. The post view screen is very nice and sharp, and looks unique, so I like it. I don't like that everything navigation-wise is all caps. That makes it look a little intimidating. I like the red-gray read/unread images, that's an easy to understand effect for members, and is useful. Overall you did a good job in looks. I liked it for the most part, but did have some issues with the look of the header and ads as I will mention more in detail in Site Layout.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Well there's something wrong immediatelu when you logon, I get this weird "if (0) { var url = './ucp.php?i=pm&mode=popup'; window.open(url.replace(/&/g, '&'), '_phpbbprivmsg', 'height=225,resizable=yes,scrollbars=yes, width=400'); } " error. That should be fixed as it is really annoying to have that. Another thing is that the ads under the banner are really annoying because they move. Ones that are just text or image I can handle, but moving ones are annoying. On a good note, you kept your forums concise and to just the ones you need, and I like that. Also, all the forums were put into their respoective categories correctly. Also, I liked the top navigation, it was easy to use. Another layout issue I had though is that your banner is simple, but huge. That top big red space isn't really useful and you could size down the header quite a bit.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
You're doing about right on target for about a month. You have around 1500 posts and around 40 members. For a forum your age, that's good. Make sure to keep promoting and getting active members and you'll roll in members. This section is hard to judge for forums that are young like yours but by your next review we'll be able to give better insight on how you're doing. From my perspective though, you're doing fine.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Two staff members isn't overstaffed at all which is good. Both you and your other member are very active which staff should be. However, sometimes proper grammar and spelling wasn't used, which isn't very professional for staff. For example on one post quite a few things were listed with no commas which got confusing. That's the only minor thing though, otherwise you all do a great job. Not much else to say here, keep it up.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Your spelling and grammar was generally good on your board descriptions, but there were some minor things.
"Check here for the latest from the community staff" should be, "Check here for the latest from the community staff."
"Just join TC? Let us know in here, tell us a bit about yourself, we want to get to know you!" is a run-on sentence. Maybe seperate it by making it seperate sentences.
"Everyone loves some good entertainment! Post about stuff like your favorite TV shows, awesome movies, fun video games and anything you think is entertaining to you!" should be, "Everyone loves some good entertainment! Post about stuff like your favorite TV shows, awesome movies, fun video games, and anything you think is entertaining to you!"
"This is the ultimate forum to buy goods and services from our members here on The Community. Great services such as registering on your forum, desktop wallpapers and more!" should be, "This is the ultimate forum to buy goods and services from our members here on The Community. Great services such as registering on your forum, desktop wallpapers, and more!"
Other than that, everything was fine. As far as professionalism, just take into account my suggestions in other sections.
