Hi guys!
The Community Team is currently seeking one new team member! Before you complete the application and send it in, please be sure to read the qualifications! 🙂
Below you can find a few requirements and the overall main duties of a community team member:
Responsibilities of a Community Team Member:
- Handle and close reports! - As part of your job as a CTM, you will be required to handle reports that come in from other members in a timely matter, as well as close them when you are finished.
- Starting and finishing site battles! - You will be required to start and finish site battles, and manage the pending site battles as well.
- Moving misplaced threads to their new home - Inactive threads (in particular boards), completed/inactive graphics requests, and misplaced threads will be moved on almost a daily/weekly basis. Your responsibility is to look for those threads, and take the appropriate action.
- Handle Disputes and enforce the FP Rules! - You are responsible for ensuring the rules on all boards are being enforced, as well as handling disputes that may arise.
Requirements to apply:
- Be Active! - Being an active member of the staff team is vital to the community team's success. We do not require daily posts, however we do expect some level of activity each day. We understand life can get in the way - however, if your life is busy right now or you know you won't have time for this position in the near future, please reconsider applying.
- Be Fun! - "Be fun" sounds like a really strange requirement, right? Being apart of the CT means you have to have a fun and outgoing personality, a personality that people love and can trust. You should have a uplifting and fun attitude whilst having the ability to handle serious situations as maturely as possible.
- Know how to stay calm! - You must be able to keep a cool head, even when members are pushing your buttons.
- No Warnings! In order to apply for the community team, you cannot have any official board warnings or current restrictions on your account. Signature reminders do not count...we all have them.
- 50 posts or more! - If you have below 50 posts and you meet the general requirements above, and you think you would make an amazing team member, please apply anyway!
