On numbers alone, if Jim Rice got in, then Parker should, but the cocaine abuse and drug trials probably were what kept him out. While I agree with players like McGwire and Sosa being kept out of the HOF for performance enhancing drugs, I dont think Parker should have been kept out for cocaine. I can't imagine the coke helped his numbers at all lol
