You have have 19 registered users witch is not bad since you only opened a little while ago, but i think you could have done better with the time you have had to gain members, maybe try and do member and post exchanges with other forum owners to boost your member count.
Number Of Active Members: (4/10)
It seems only you and one or tow others are active.
You need to get more people active and making your forum better so people think its worth visiting again.
Number Of Posts (Spam or Otherwise): (2/10)
There are 93 you have done about 80 of them, and i have ideas that you have more than just your main account on there, so you have not done will at all here, the thing is you need to give members reasons to post, if theres something interesting to post about the I would post.
Appearance (First Impressions): (15/20)
I do like the phpbb3 skin you are using, but that logo is not good, its not very nice and you got it from cooltext.com, if you want a better logo, talk to me about it and I'll make you a nice one or talk to the graphics team here on forum promotion.

Not bad at all from what i can see everything is in the right place and everything, not bad at all.

Well, there is no reason to have a mod because you don't have many people posting on your forum, but when you get more members get your self a mod or to.

From what i can see its good, Spelling and Grammar are important when it comes to having a forum as people will like a forum with a ton of spelling errors.

My forum is new and I'm trying to start as much threads as possible before I start really advertizing it...
I have only 2 accounts there, the first 2, one is my main and the other is a backup...
The logo/banner is only a temp until I find/create a new and better one, if you think you can create a awsome banner for me then I'll surely donate cash to you... -😉-
