Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance - I have to be honest, my first impression was not a good one, I wasn't quite sure what type of genre the forum came under? At first I assumed it was a general chat site but then it kind of merged into more of a technology site. The banner/logo does not match the colours of the forum icons at all. There are far too many forum categories and some are misplaced. I didn't instantly feel comfortable on the site, it was not as welcoming as I'd hoped it to be.

Site Layout - The main problem I see is the amount of forum genres and sub categories, the whole layout is messy and confusing. Personally I feel that the Video Games section could be placed into the Technology part along with the Electronics and Devices, the Internet section could be merged with the Web Design and Development. You could incorporate the whole internet section into the Marketplace and Advertising buttons, there are just too many bits all over the place. Guests that could be potential new members like to be able to browse easily and not have to sift through piles of information to find things.

Statistics and Activity - I can see that you get a good amount of traffic to your site but the number of members who actually log on is small in comparison. 96 members for a forum that is 3 months old is a good amount but the post count is on average only 11.78 posts per person over that period. You have a lot of members with a zero post count. I personally would remind those users that you are still there and try to encourage them to post, if they don't within a certain amount of time I would remove them. Whilst it looks good to have a lot of members, the statistics look better if you have fewer members and more posts. If they haven't posted by now they most probably won't. A lot of the threads are mainly the admin talking to each other.

Staff Moderation - First off I notice that you have 3 administrators, a forum of your size should really only require one, possibly two at the most, I can not view who are Global Moderators or Moderators so I don't know if you have any or not? I scanned the threads but didn't see anyone either? I would suggest that you make one of your admin a moderator. If the admin are moderating the forum, then I don't understand why you have the moderator groups set up?

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - Your grammar and punctuation is actually very good, I don't see any major issues with anything. I can see that you are trying to be professional within the forum, responses are mature and intelligent, threads that your admin have started are well thought out.

Final Remarks - I think the 3 of you admin should put your heads together and have a good re-think about your layout and think about the graphics a little more, try to combine the colour schemes better. This site shows you have the potential, you just need to organise it better. I'm pretty confident that these points would help you to raise your member activity.
Strong Points - Good grammar, a nice, friendly and professional approach.
Things to Improve - Forum lay out definitely and colour co-ordination of your graphics.
