First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Your forum looks fantastic! The banner at the top looks great, and the style itself has a lot of eye appeal. There are only a few things that bug me about your site's physical layout. One of which is the advertisement at the very top of your forum. Most Proboards forums that I have seen have had ads, but they haven't been at the very top. I think it looks very strange, and it's not good for an advertisement to be noticed by prospective members before your banner! One other thing I would recommend is removing the black background from your folder images ("NEW," "OLD," et cetera). They will blend in more. It also may be beneficial to move the forum spotlight to the bottom of your forum (if that's possible).
Your forum looks incredibly active at first glance. Your statistics are very solid, and I don't see any empty forums on your index.
Despite my minor criticisms, my first impression was very positive.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Your index does run a tad long, but it's justified; RP forums generally do get quite long over time. Your layout is certainly organized, though, and it puts the focus on the main theme of your site. If you can find any ways to condense your layout, then I suppose it would help; I can't find any that are obvious, though. I wouldn't say your layout is terrible, though, by any means.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
According to my calculations, your forum receives less than thirty posts per day. You have 230 posts for each of your 172 members. Your forum isn't dead, but there is plenty of room for improvement. Since graphics don't seem to be an issue for you/your staff, you should make use of some of the services at Forum Promotion and abroad. Banner ads, text ads, etc. may attract some members to your forum since your graphics are so appealing. You may also consider sending out a mass e-mail; your forum has been up for several years, so it's very likely that members forget to visit. You may also consider signing up on some other RP forums and posting around a bit wearing your forum's signature banner. The fact that your forum has been around for over four years proves that your forum isn't going anywhere anytime soon, so be sure to advertise that.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Since it's hard to judge the activity of your staff members based on post count since your forum has been up so long, I'll just say that your staff members appear active because several of them have signed on in the last twenty-four hours. You also appear to have a good amount of staff members for your activity level. On top of that, all of the recent introduction topics have been replied to by many members. I do not believe that your staff needs any change.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
The names and descriptions of your forums indicate that you have put
oodles of effort into your forum. I don't really notice significant grammatical errors, either. Your descriptions are excellent; there's really no need to change anything about them. Prospective members definitely know what your forum is all about when they see the forum names and descriptions. Very well done.
