Pros
You have some nice graphics - the twitter plugin thing on the left really fits into the black color. I believe it is 000000 but it still looks good fitting into your style. Also, the custom images you have for forums are a plus. Too many people leave generic forum markers on their style. Good job.
You are hustling with activity. Your forum is really alive right now and it looks great! You have a very solid community going here. You also have some very great staff members on board.

I love all the options to login. If you don't want to make an account, you can login 52 other ways :lol: but that really is a good option for making registration more accessible and versitle.
Cons
I feel like you have too much going on. With all the images, flashing banners, squished together index and moving images. Try and open it a little bit or slow down with all the images. I also noticed you have two spots for affiliates? One is not less annoying than the other (because of all the flashing and moving = not very eye appealing). Just use one, that would be sufficient. If there isn't enough room, just make the affiliates the last box on the left.
I think the Information Desk forum shouldn't also be welcoming members. What I would do is make a sticky in the forum for intros while the rest is site information. But keep the header of the forum, nicely written.
