The ever growing population

It is apparent that the world population is reaching a cresendo with the side effects that we are experiencing. The heavy traffic in the cities, the mushrooming structures even in the rural areas, the lack of resources. Farms and orchards are being converted into residential villages. Can’t we see what would happen in 10 years from now?

Well, with all of the "over population" talk we keep hearing, we never hear the side of the discussion that mentions that the world has more than enough land to feed an even higher population than what we have and what we may have in 30-40 years. Even if available land was an issue, we are now capable of creating sky scrapers that can house potentially hundreds of acres, depending on the size of the skyscraper.

Part in bold is incorrect, few years ago they dropped this. You can legally have more than 1 child in China now. It was though illegal to have more than 1 child if you did have a additional child it would have to be killed, but it is now seen as inhumane so they got rid of the law.

As for "over population". There is really no such thing, unless you believe what a few individuals I know who supports depopulation like Bill Gates. Over population fear is generated through main stream sources and things that are not generally realistic for simple fact the larger the population the order it is to control. So many people who support depopulation is mostly because smaller populations are easier to manipulate and control. The larger the overall human population grows the more risk is generated to those who are in control and want to manipulate the population. If anyone here is pro-science they would be more supportive of increasing the population and pushing scientists to reach further out into space so we can start populating other planets. Humanity will grow and progress from population growth not depopulation.

If 7 million or so people can live in Tokyo or New York City, then why can't they build artificial islands in the ocean?
