No, it doesn't.

If you're going to make a banner to add to the existing theme then yeah, basically. The banners on there now are ones I made using pictures of my fish, just PSed together. I'm thinking new banners would be better. I really like what Damian did in my new signature image. Things like that would be nice, minus the text, and a few additional fish or interesting things in there.

I don't mind who works on it, LoL I'm just not great when it comes to adding fish images to banners. And I honestly have no idea how Damian made the background with that wave in it.
