Anyone heard about the virus? It actually forces a user to send a chat message 'I saw your video' to some of the friends and loads a virus in your computer when you watch the video which is rubbish and isnt about you 😛
I am not sure what the virus eventually does but its slowly starting to spread. I checked the internet and there are actually no reports of such a thing which makes me conclude that it is quite new and is spreading from Asia.
The other day my friend sent me a quite bizzare message, which was just a simple "Hello." as that is unlike his usual self who goes like "yo" and "sup" without caps or punctuation. I then replied back, and he said "Oh good, it is you Stephen." followed with a link that read along the lines of 234.stephen.bitstrips72 or something of that sort, but it is unlikely I can recreate that same url. Anyways, because I am very skeptical of the link, I open it in a separate browser, and apparently my browser cannot open it. I then quickly change my password, as I have some fear that something may have been activated to gain control of my Facebook or something strange of the sort. My friend then later says he was gone for a day, and his Facebook went crazy and acted up, which leads me to believe it was hacked, and was sending weird links to hack/spread viruses of some sort. Very scary indeed.
I think most of these types of viruses take over users Facebook, Twitter, and other profiles to post links to paid surveys and offers which pay the virus's owner money everytime someone fills out a survey, fill out an offers, or just when people visit a website.
