This movie hit me pretty hard, and I really don't know why. The movie, and book, were so beautifully written, I cried both times.

Has anyone else read the book or seen the movie? How did you like it?

I saw the movie a few times. I didn't like it. It was really depressing.

You didn't like it but you watched it more than once? 😱

I only saw the movie. I think it was a great one. It slapped you hard and forced you to answer the question about the meaning of your own life. I kept praying for a happy ending but alas. 😛

Ah, I see. Well, usually by rewatching it you can understand the plot and characters even better, despite being depressing. XD

I still haven't seen this movie but I really want to. My sister has the book and I want to read that as well. She told me I will cry so I've been a bit hesitant. 😛
