Urm... The rules state

You have reached a major member or post milestone (like 100 members or 1000 posts) or you have got a domain or have started a contest and so on.

Can you please only post major achievements not achievements for achieving an amount less then 1000 posts and not for achieving less then 50 members or the topics will be locked or deleted.

That is only for like "We have 67 posts and 12 members", this is the first major milestone for a new forum :great:
