That's a throwback to the old days when all women wore hats to engagements. They never took them off. While etique calls for a man to take his hat off indoors a woman should leave hers on.

Trump wants to make America great again. Melania, in her way, is telling everyone that the days when women wore hats will be back. The day when women wore hats were great times for the U.S.A.
