Fourteen years ago, an old friend of mine returned to a forum that I used to frequent. His first post back expressed his disappointment that the staff members had taken no action to increase the "bootyliciousness" of the forum. Now, you may be asking yourself, "Princess, why the hell was that guy your friend if he used the word 'bootylicious' non-ironically?" Thank you for bringing that up, but that's beside the point. The point is that remembering that post made me think of Forum Promotion.

I think many of the formerly active members of Forum Promotion have stopped posting here because we want the forum to be exactly the same as it was when we used to be active. However, as many have said in the past, the forum is never going to be the same as it was again, and that's okay. Forum Promotion shouldn't be exactly the same as it was in the past. It should be better than it was in the past.

Regardless of my personal opinions on why FP isn't becoming a better forum than it was in the past, we members have a choice. We can either sit back and watch the forum slowly die or start spamming kitty pictures everywhere to accelerate the process. Whoops, I meant to say that we can start posting again and form new friendships on the site to replace our old ones.

Which do you choose? Are you going to help increase the bootyliciousness of Forum Promotion?

FP is already dead since 2013 and as the years go on it's the same old same. We had this talk god darn so many times before and I'm sick of it. What we will get out of this topic nothing other then having fun typing and reading

I feel that every post in this topic has been completely relevant to the well-being of Forum Promotion.

I agree with all of this. We need to make FP a better place, than it was before. Otherwise, this forum is going to die, which I could see happening in the next few years.

The problem with that is that it will require going out on a limb and trying new ideas that very well may fail in the short term and need to be reworked, and I question whether or not anybody is willing to do that. I think that it would be well worth it in the long term.
