I will be honest, I dislike your forum for two reasons. I expected humour or some kind of humour but I didn't find the posts very funny but one thing that got me laughing was that it was on ProBoards, seriously? Surely to god you can do better than that out of all things, possibly get someone to help you with uploading a board on MyBB or some sort. Also the theme is very plain and bland, adding some brighter colours and tweaking the theme may help.

Cool...thanks for the input...but you really should have replied in the proper place...the feedback forum...which I am also listed on.

I really dont know where you looked for "funny" but here are some links I doubt you visited:

I think the board is pretty funny. The funny part is Lee Lawson's critique drove me to your board. Board design is important but yours works and as long as you get visitors you should be OK. Good luck and keep promoting.

I love the list of sites for being board at work. I started one similar site, I hope it makes your list.
