First Impressions & Appearance
This forum reminds me of another forum of yours I reviewed a while ago. The theme is very plain and simply coloured, which does work in some ways. I like the leaves design you have used on the top of the background, but it gives me the feel of a forum ontop of a forum. Maybe if you used that leaf design for the actual header of the forum and then let the board begin underneath it instead of having the beige top covering that pretty background. The menu could then be in the wide green bar you have underneath the leaf pattern.
I don't quite understand what the featured member box does, or what is is meant to do for the forum. I do like your logo though, it is nice and plain with the paw effect on the 'o' giving it a little more of a feel that suits your forum. Animal forums are things that are quite hard to work with, this style works but I do feel you could have a style that looks much more professional and shows off the niche of your forum much more. Work with images, there are a lot of them when animals are involved.
Your forum is clean and easy to view, the board markers are fine, but they are just circles with images on. Something a little more interesting maybe, even if they do work with the theme. The theme is very boxy and square, which works but becomes boring quite quickly. The same layout continues on the board list and even in on the posts. I do like the little title banner you have on the posts and the ability to design the signature space. A clean and easy design.
You have a TLD and a favicon which are nice extras that definitley boost your forum. Your forum is running on Zetaboards, which obviously can cause issues for you, but you seem to be handling it well.

Site Layout
The first section, The Lobby, is exactly what I would expect. The second section threw me back a bit. From the name and design of your forum I thought your forum was an animal forum, but now I get the impression is a forum for discussing the geographical and nature of earth. Am I correct in the assumption? Anyway, the amount of boards and topics in each is fine. The last section, which seems to be the off-topic section looks fine too, but most of the topics seem to be in the advertising section. The impression I get is that most of your members are using your site to advertise their forum and they aren't actually that interested in posting on your forum or your forums niche.

Staff Moderation
You are currently the only staff member, which for a small forum is fine. If you do continue to recieve the same amount of posts every month as you have done this month then you will need to hire a moderator. The forum looks nice and clean right now, I don't see any spam or double posts and everything seems to be in order which is good.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
Your forum doesn't look or feel very professional, it just feels like a general hang out forum. Most posts are short and aren't really that interesting to read. Your board descriptions consist of many short sentences and are poorly written. They aren't very interesting or inspiring which I find a real shame, they let the rest of your forum down. There are many small spelling mistakes all around your forum, one that is very obvious is the wrong spelling of Affiliates in the menu.
