Pros:
Lovin' the theme. Nice and smooth and easy to navigate.
I am a big fan of the custom graphics and the new boxes at the top.
Your activity looks decent for such a new forum, your logo looks amazing too! I like it, it matches the back ground of the forum very well

Your website is not like other GFX websites. All the images are not animated, just because someone can make an image animated, doesn't mean they should. Your site makes that.
Cons:
I find the snow to be a bit of an overkill even if it is still snowing where I am at :lol:.
The SoTW information is displayed too times in differen't places. Just one is a good reminder.
I am not a huge fan of all of the news moving. Slow it down, if you have more than one news line, just wait to use it or remove news that is outdated or no longer effective.
Final/General Thoughts:
A great looking forum, with some work put in to it, this can be another great one.
