Number Of Members: 7/10 21 is an average number for a new forum.
Number Of Active Members: 4/10 This is REALLY hurting you! I am the only person who has visited your website today!
Number Of Posts (Spam or Otherwise): 7/10 183 posts, an average amount.
Appearance (First Impressions): 4/10 The big banner on the top of your page is too big. I would suggest using a banner maker or photoshop to make a banner. I personally don't like the graphics under the forums, but other people may. The other thing that is killing the appearance of your forum is the abundance of activity (see Activity below)
Layout: 7/10 You have a lot of forums with little amounts of posts. I would suggest making the rules a global announcement so that everyone will see it when they access a forum, reminding them to read them. Also, combining forums will make the forums look more active.
Moderation: 8/10 I don't see any spam other than

but you really shouldn't do this, it encourages people to post randomly.
Activity: 3/10 I was the only activity today, and you only have 250 page views since the end of last month. Email your members! Once they start becoming active it will encourage more people to join!
