Welcome to the "I effed up" thread. Here, post your embarrassing moments where you "effed up" and failed at life. 😛

Though this wasn't a big I effed up, I was hosting a live internet radio show with a friend of mine. We were returning from a commercial break when I started saying "Welcome to the Extravaganza-"... noticing I completely messed up the name of our own show, I started over "Welcome to the Most Spectacular Grand Finale-" and then I got caught off by my friend who goes "Ah, you almost ****ed it up!" And I replied playfully, "I ****ed it up." Lol good times.

Tonight I came from work hungry and decided to make myself some wraps since I had been doing wraps all day at work, so I felt like showing up my gained skills. The tortillas available were smaller, so I made the tiniest wraps ever. I was still proud and wanted to show to my housemate. I tripped.

I tripped so damn hard that I landing in such away that I was sent to an Hospital have my leg removed from an deadly liquid on which was on the knife that got into my leg.
