It's beautiful in spots. A lot of the neighborhoods in my area are really crappy, though. Lots of eye sores (and my house is the biggest one).

I'm too poor to move out of Illinois. The cost of living here is so cheap that I can't afford not to live here.

No, I can't afford to live here in the first place.

Once I have a job, though, I probably still won't be able to afford to live in Massachusetts.

Some of the nice aspects of Illinois are... well, we've got the Mississippi River, and it runs EAST AND WEST where I live! :O

Those stats are from back in 2002 (saw it in the fine print part). What if it's changed over the years, which it probably has.

Congressional districts are drawn every ten years using statistics from the census unless I'm mistaken.

I know that my congressional district hasn't changed since then.
