Instead of having the title and tag line an image, have them text on top of it like you did in the copyright. Center "The Image Host" and make it an h1. Add Simple-Free-Fast-Efficient centred bellow that.
Add a paragraph that says something about it.
Move the copyright up into the light blue....then maybe get rid of the dark blue bellow it.
Thanks for the suggestions although I probably should have added that the graphical/layout side of it is 100% temp as I am hopeless with that stuff and it's what I could quickly come up with to fit everything.
I'm really just focusing on perfecting the actual script, nonetheless I appreciate your input.

Banner should be clickable and link back to the homepage. When it shows you the image it should show it in actual size and not stretch it. Though if to big make it smaller.
Once have proper template I will do what you said with the banner.
That's a good idea. Originally it had no restriction when i first put it up but shot images across the page, overlapping stuff.
I don't actually know in my head how I can make it check the image size and display smaller if over it but I guess that can be my challenge over the next couple days. Thanks for the suggestion.
New template should be up within a few days which will be great. Still working on a few small things for the actual script but have been very focused on AdminCentral.
That's always something I am happy to hear. My uploader will never have any annoying crap. The only thing that will even be remotely like that is probably a small ad banner which will be out of the way.
Things may look a bit odd over the next few days whilst things are changing but the actual uploader will remain fully functional.
