Sorry about the delay.
Number Of Members: 42
Not really many members since the forum was restarted on 07/03/07 so I think that you could of done a lot better of getting more members. Also try and get a lot more members from before back.
Number Of Active Members: about 21 (over 10 posts)
That's about half of your members good amount to have but 2 of your members haven't posted yet. I think you need to make new topics or get them posting more as well.
Number Of Posts (Spam or Otherwise): 4132
Nearly half the posts were made by you (40%) which I would expect as your the only admin and is in charge of the forum. Then about another 32% made by your mods leaving about 28% left to your members on the forum.
Appearance (First Impressions): 9/10
I like the style you use there. The logo sorts of fits into the style but I think if it blended towards the edges it would look better and the with the white you have on your forum. Also the colours you have fit with your the rest of the forum.
Layout: 8/10
Your layout looks fine and it might of been what you had before but I think it looks a bit empty in some places.
Moderation: 7/10
I think you might have a bit too many mods as more than 20% of members are mods. That could of been before you moved with the amount of members you had.
