Forum Pros:
The skin is really nice, as well as the overall template. I like that you made a creative, and more personal touch for the forum banner. But, it lacks professionliam. Looks like it was made on the first try. The first word could be translated as "Burnin", or "Bumin" ; and the "w" in bandwidth is really illegible.
The forum layout looks good and organized. Glad you didn't overdo it with excessive boards.
Forum Cons:
When i first went down your forum, first thing i noticed, that needs to be changes, it the Videos board title. Since the desciption implies to help witrh vido making/editing ... would be better if it was renamed to Video Tutorials, or something.
More about the layout, now. Once you're ready, you may want to make a middle section, and if this is for youtube video making, or discussion, make a 3rd catrgory, that is placed in the middle, with boards that relate to this subject theme. So you're site news is up top, video making theme in the middle, and off-topic boards down at the bottom.
The forum is quite new, so you've got some minor details to work on, which is ok. It's not as bad as you wou;lda expected.

I'm a youtube video uploader, I've already got the know how. Might try and check it out, sometime, and see what kinda tips you guys provide. There's alot more people these days interested in learning how it all works; hopefully those will find the forum, and you do have the tutorials they're looking for, which would be great for business.
