Yeah that is a good list. It's quite impressive that the biggest forum in the world is on phpBB rather then vBulletin or IPB. I think you need 500,000 posts to be on there... So we'll only be waiting another few years before FP is on the list -D-

It takes a while for them to even update it. Last time the wait was at least a year, it does help with search engines though. A few times I found the BB listing BEFORE the forum.
