Layout
One of the good things that I can really see that Last Apprentice really has is the layout and amount of boards & categories that you have around the site. You have a good amount of categories and a good amount of boards for each of those categories and don't have a high amount of categories and low amount of boards or low categories and high amount of boards per category. You have really taken the liberty and spreading out the boards and keeping them all organized and well crafted. One thing though that you may won't to do to make your layout even better is to have a better border for the site instead of a while line and use up more of the space that you have open. The more space you use, the more things you can have. So since the site is a ForuMotion forum, you could always make the width of the site larger if you felt like it. So overall, your layout is pretty good so now let us move onto the 2nd best feature of your site.
Creativity
The 2nd best thing of your site is the creativity. Your site is a 1 of a kind site because I have yet to find a 2nd site about "The Last Apprentice Series". So that really helps make your site more unique and the design does need some work but it is creative. The site has some neat groups and ideas and some nice features but some are a bit basic. The banner though is pretty neat but can be a bit confusing for those that don't know what The Last Apprentice is really. But overall, you have done a pretty nice job being creative with your site and lets move onto the weaknesses in your site.

Activity/Stats
Your site was opened up on April 24th of 2012 and has been open for over 1 year now and has only 64 members and 806 messages. For a site that is over 1 year old, these stats should be much higher then what they are. You are starting to get a few more members here and there but in the past 24 hours you have only had 1 member and 2 staff get online and that isn't really going to help LA get up there very much if you don't keep the current members you have right now active. If you can keep them active, you may have a better chance of getting more members in the future to help your site grow. But overall, you really need to be working on the activity of your site and really getting your stats up higher for a site that is over 1 year old. So lets move onto the last weakness of your site.
Design
The design/theme of your site is really in need of some work. It is a dark site that has some broken images, the border is just sitting there like a table cell to be honest and it just doesn't fit the site. The design is very dark and some of your images are also pretty dark and just make some things hard to see. The images that you used to mark a forum locked, new and not new are also very dark but they are designed for a dark theme as I already know that much but they are just hard to see on the theme and the theme just really seems to be lacking some major features like color. The color scheme is all gray and that just seems strange for a site theme to be honest. So overall, you should really look into some other theme ideas and some things you could do to spice up the theme really.
Final Remarks:
Last Apprentice is a decent site but it is really hard to get into with the lack of content and low amount of members that you have for the site being over 1 year old. I would just highly look into your worst categories and really work on them when you can. I hope you enjoyed your review.
