Do you think my forum looks better than it did the last time I requested a review?
If your answer is 'no' to the first question, what would you change or do differently?
I decided to merge these two questions together because I feel that I cannot answer them separately. My apologies in advance.
In the last questionnaire, I gave input about layout and content. Now, the on-topic sections look much better. I see you implemented my suggestion about the categories/forums organization. It looks tidier and more compact at the moment, ready to receive more content and activity. The synopsis threads are probably better off at each sub-forum, where they may be noticed better and can trigger discussions. For the content itself, I feel that there is not much changed. Many on-topic sections are still waiting to be updated. With a new series announced, there is a room for predictions and guesses which are usually fun for fans of the author. You can explore that area to raise attention and activity. A contest to analyze and make guesses and give rewards to those who guess correctly, for example.
In regards to layout, I am not too sure why you have stand-alone books under a category for series. In my eyes they will be better off separated; categories for series and another category for stand-alone books. It is mainly for better and clearer organization. If you feel that it is too big to be made into one solid category, one of the tricks is to create a category about other matters related to the author and his/her other works. One forum will be for discussions about the author, and the other forum is for the stand-alone works.

If you offered a V. I. P. membership on your forum, what would you offer as a benefit or reward for people who become a V. I. P.?
I am not exactly sure of the context of the special membership here. If it is related to any kind of forums, generally I will offer upgraded features for members. Other than the usual special user names, group/rank, and special forum for the specific group, it relates to what the forum is about. Promotion forums will offer advertising/promotion-related bonuses, such as free services or discounts. I'm sure your question is what can be done in your forum's genre, which is literature. To be honest I have a hard time thinking of what can be offered. Perhaps early access to new information, contest, or other offers the forum may have. There may be times when you can get your hand on items related to the series. Those can be offered first to VIP members before to regular members.
