The Latest Macbook Pro

The latest Macbook Pro is being advertised as being thinner, lighter, and even more powerful. Does anyone here have the Macbook Pro? I am really curious to hear your opinion about the machine. I'm sure it's awesome but would love to learn the reasons why you love it.

I don't think I will be purchasing one any time soon. I have a Macbook now and cannot justify spending the money on the latest release. I've heard that it no longer has the USB ports so an adapter would be mandatory if I still wanted to use my USB devices e.g. flashdrives, external drives, chargers, etc.

Looks a whole rip off. What a stupid laptop, no ports? I don't care about how light is, I would not want to use an adapter I want all of the ports to come on the laptop with it. Why get a MacBook Pro? You're only paying for the brand name. Get a different brand laptop, like an ASUS or a MSI. Better quality.

The new MacBook does in fact have 4 USB ports. They are USB-C. Expect to see the standard USB port we use today phased out completely everywhere by 2020. I have the 2015 MacBook Pro, and I am actually concerned about it becoming useless due to everything becoming USB-C.

I do agree, the new MacBook Pro may be a tad bit overpriced, however, it is a VERY fast and light machine. The TouchBar and TouchID is amazing.

My MBP, is amazing and I love it. It is an absolute workhorse.

I am unsure how a Asus or MSI can be better quality when they operate on Windows. My MacBook Pro is heaps ahead of any Windows based computer I have ever used.
