The Marketing Team Is Hiring!
You may have seen some Forum Promotion members, past and present, sporting pink usernames and wondered who they are - well, they're our Marketers and they're responsible for an array of our public outreach here on Forum Promotion. Some of the day to day duties and responsibilities of our Marketers include:
- Overseeing Social Media including posting, commenting and engaging with followers
- Managing the Forum Promotion brand including brand guidelines and usage
- Leading growth through Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Marketing
- Serving as outreach for the FP Community on other online resources - for example the Xenforo forums
- Maintaining the Social Promotion Service and shining a light on member's communities through our social media channels
- Growing the membership of FP, both through acquiring new signups, and also re-engaging past members
- Putting together the monthly email newsletter / pushing our bulletins out via email marketing
We're currently seeking one new Marketer to join our team. The ideal person will meet one of the following criteria:
Criteria A
- Must have been registered on Forum Promotion for at least one month;
- Must have at least 50 posts on the forum;
- Your FP account must be in good-standing within the last 12 months. That means no recent warnings or restrictions (informal reminders do not count);
- Must have past experience in a front-end forum role such as a Packager, Community Team/Moderator or Admin (evidenced through a link / reference);
- Complete a sample task upon request.
Criteria B
- Must have past Marketing experience either commercially or voluntarily, with this evidenced through a LinkedIn profile;
- Must have at least 10 posts on Forum Promotion;
- Complete a sample task upon request.
