Pros:
First off it is nice to see that you are using a paid forum software - IP.Board as they are truly amazing and should mark all your needs for a technology board. Also it is nice to see you have an rewards system(ZRewards), Arcade, Chat, Blogs, and best of all Testimonials. Although I would considering changing the arcade name too Zarcade, the word sounds better for your forum. Also changing your forum currency would be better to something like I have 10Zee(z) or 25Zeebies to spend just be different.


Cons:
The theme and banner weren't impressive, you could be doing with a better theme that relates to technology in a way and your banner and slogan could be worked on better. First off try getting a logo to go with it and better text. Your slogan should be changed to just, ''Technology meets opinion!'' and not capitalizing them at the word, I am sure that if you went with reducing the ''where'' we can both say it works out better and has a better stand off. You should think the General category layout better as I personally think having general discussion above announcements is wrong as announcements mean more than general discussion and web-media. You should also move the Introduce Yourself under the general discussion board and delete Apply for a Job. I think it is ugly to place forums like that there and better just creating a thread. Yes I know it might get viewed more but it makes you look like your a hungry beggar for staff. Just try and fill up the boards more and you will be on your way again.

Final/General Thoughts: Could be doing with some changes and hope the forum get's back on it's feet.

What was most liked about the website/forums: The software it was on and the features such as blogs, arcade et cetera.

What was disliked most about the website/forums: Banner for sure, could be worked on.
