First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
-The first thing I noticed was the banner. It's simple, yet very nice. You used four celebrities, so chances are most people will know at least one of them. I really like Victoria Justice, so I smiled when I saw the banner.
-I don't care for the shoutbox. No one really uses it. It is just sitting there waiting for spam. It's kind of annoying and there is no way to remove it. Considering the lack of use, you'd be better off without it.
-Without digging too far at first, the forum looks great. The theme is decent and then banner impressed me. So far, so good.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
-Well I already mentioned I think the chat box clutters up the top of the forum and is unused. Perhaps adding something in its place would be a good idea. Maybe you could have a "Member of the Week" feature. You could add their profile picture and a description of their good deeds to the home page where the chat box is.
-The forums are in the right order. I wouldn't have done it any other way.
-The box for each forum name and description is too small. It seems to me like everything is squished together. Besides, if you make these boxes larger, it will make the forum look larger. This will attract new members.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
-The forum is very inactive. Only three forums have posts within the last few days.
-You need to advertise. Use every promotion forum or site you can find. Use signatures, threads, etc. Do some post exchanges or buy some posts. The more active the forum is, the more people will want to join.
-I think a posting contest is in order. It will encourage some serious posting and will make the forum active again. If you cannot provide a cash prize, maybe offer perks on the forum.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
-You are the only staff member. It's not that you don't do a good job, but you need another admin or moderator on the forum.
-You really have done a good job though. The forum is clean and you deal with problems. You are a good one man army, but the time may come when you need backup.
-Remember, when you hire another staff member, they will be active on the forum. This will help with the post count and activity. Besides, having more staff would take some of the pressure off of your back. I would suggest hiring 1 admin 1 moderator OR 2 moderators.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
-Featured Celebs: "The Nooks Featured Actresses" should be "The Nook's Featured Actresses"
-Featured Celebs A Thru M and N Thru Z: "Whos" should be "Whose"
-Other than that, the forum is pretty much mistake free as far as spelling and grammar go.
-You use "Whatever" a lot on descriptions. It comes across as VERY unprofessional. It gives the appearance that you are too lazy to finish a sentence. Take this word out when possible.
