Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
The color scheme of your forum goes really nicely together. The purple theme is even reflected in your images, which I like. It looked very, balanced, in a way. However, your skin is like completely blocky, which I don't like. Just looking at your index, barely anything has curved. Images? Boxes. Information colums? Boxes. The banner? A box. The login? A box. You get the idea. There were like nowhere to make the skin look curved which in my opinion would look a TON better. Thankfully, post view is really nice. The rank image stars are neat and they are rounded. I also liked how your skin focused on Allison Iraheta - the focus of your forum. That makes your skin more custom looking, and not some generic run-of-the-mill forum. The only other bad thing was some image corruption, but I'll talk about that in Site Layout.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Well your forum is physically layed out well. Every forum goes into it's respective category correctly and the layout of the categories themselves is appropriate. There was some stuff on your layout I didn't quite get though. For example you have a category "About Allison." Then there's an "About Allison" forum, with the description, "About Allison." I don't get why you would name a forum after the same category it's in and then have the description the same as the board name. Also is it really necessary to have an entire board dedicated to members' birthdays? That could safely fit into another forum or in just a thread. I don't think there's a need for a whole board. All the other forums were appropriate for your forum though.
Moving on, this text was difficult to read,
"Click Here To Make This Board Ad-Free
This Board Hosted For FREE By ProBoards
Get Your Own Free Message Board!
"
due to the background. The Google logo also looks bad because of it. One other good layout thing was your affiliate box wasn't annoying and didn't bug me but was still effective.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Woah, 194 members since April?! That is scary good. 2,000 posts wasn't as impressive, but still good. I think you're doing fine in activity. However, the "Official Allison Sites" forum is fairly dead. What do I suggest? Why don't you take all of those links and move them into a thread on the About Allison board? That would make more sense, because what kind of activity are you going to have with having a bunch of topics linking to her social network profiles? That was the only true dead board I noticed. Just keep on promoting and you'll do well. Fansites are harder to get activity for, since you only have a dedicated audience that will join. Your forum is doing very well considering that.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
I would not consider 2 admins and a global mod overstaffed, which is good. I wouldn't hire any more staff for a while, but you're good for now. One concern though is that one of your staff members only has two posts and hasn't been active since May. Staff should be active at least every few days, usually every day. Plus they should have more than 2 posts. Thankfully you and your other admin are active a lot and have a lot of posts. Other than the one staff member, nothing else to complain about.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Your spelling and grammar was generally poor. Most of the forums have incomplete sentences, poor punctuation, improper capitalization, etc. It makes your forum look new and unprofessional. Some of the errors include,
"
Rules regarding the use of this forum
(read only)" should be, "Rules regarding the use of this forum are posted here.
(read only)"
"news from the team" should be, "News from the team is here."
"opinions to help make this a better forum.' should be, "Post opinions to help make this a better forum." (or something similar to make it a complete sentence)
"Allison's Videos" should be, "Allison's videos are posted here."
"Need to know something about alli? ask here." should be, "
Need to know something about Alli? Ask here."
I'm not going to go through all the forums, basically all of your forums had the same errors. I suggest you fix all of those up. For professionalism, definitely fix up the spelling, fix the hard-to-read text, fix the layout errors, etc.

Final Remarks: Your forum needs a tune-up. I'm sure Allison Iraheta fans will be more likely to join your forum if it gets some improvements.
What was most liked about the website/forums: The skin keeping true to the purpose of the forum, the post view, etc.
What was disliked most about the website/forums: The layout, spelling and grammar, inactivity of staff.
How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website? I'm not an Allison Iraheta fan, but if I was, I would join if you mainly fixed the grammar.
