Ya, it's muscular. How is this good when I can't literally hold my head up.(I'm following video guides, so I should do everything correctly)
So, if your neck is weak, then it's going to be sore. To maximize effort on most core building exercises you hold your head up, with your neck. It is completely normal if it is only muscular pain. How long have you been doing it?
