Evening everyone, Capital One Cup last 16 tonight. 😀

Hey, noticed your close to 8000 posts. You should go on a posting spree today to hit it 😛 Anyway what's the capital one cup?

I'll get there casually haha and the Capital One Cup is the new name for the League Cup. 🙂

Oh okay. I don't see why they must rename it? I do know that Middlesbrough are playing in it today against Sunderland! They better win 🙂 Up the boro!

It's actually gone through a few names, their mostly sponsorship names I think. Carling Cup is another old name for it, that was when Villa got to the final of it.

Middlesbrough take the short trip to The Stadium Of Light, that should be an interesting derby game. Oh and if you have Sky Sports you can watch Reading VS Arsenal at the Madjeski Stadium.
