That's strange, but that would be awesome here. I remember something like that being proposed to the school board a couple years ago when gas was so expensive (one less day a week, then bus routes would only have to be run four times a week instead of five. Too bad the school board didn't really even consider it.
Funding was the reason here too, and since they approved it, they had to modify the times the school buses ran. So those students who got out half way through the day had to have someone pick them up, and those students who had class the other half of the day, had to get there via parents.
I doubt they will get more money. Anyways, I am currently going over my grades, and I am aggravated at one of my teachers. I retook a test I made a C on. I made a 100% on the retake and he told me he would change the grade to the new one, but he didn't. I reminded him of it a couple days ago, and he still hasn't changed it. He's a very forgetful person. 😛
I am sure he is doing his best. It is, after all, the beginning of the school year. He could have other things that is keeping him from immediately changing grades on previous assignments. Though I think he would change it, if you go to him before or after school, and insist on it being changed right then.
Well, he seemed somewhat rude when I reminded him after class. I think I'll send him an email, so it will be hard for him to forget. It's not really the beginning of the year anymore either, we are in our seventh week of school right now, I think.
