Were I am we don`t normally get such nice weather in March it is normally snowing or rainning
but it is hot for a change and is meant to be getting hotter this week

Up here it's the same. Two years ago it snowed in March, and we couldn't get to my cousins Birthday party. Now it's hot. Too hot...

I know we have had a mild winter this year
I remember Dec 2010 I was snowed in for 2 weeks could not even get to town and our village shop ran out of things
Even the ambulance could not get to our street when some one had a heart attack
