It's been in the process for a very long time. A gave a few weeks notice. Everytime I'd tried to leave, something would come up, and obligated myself to stay and help out. Gent is just my phrase though. :heh: I refer often to everyone as a "gent" including the ladies. There's lady-gents too. 😀
