Come now dear Murder, in the states we've developed a system that allows them to be opened without handles. There's a small indent in the tops / bottoms on the door, one that's hidden mind you, that allows the human hand to snugly ajar the door, faster than can be done using the old fashioned handle version ~razz~

We've got similar things here in the UK, but to open you have to push it in slightly and then it slowly comes back out, once its out by about half an inch it frees up so you can open and close again at your leisure. Fancy hydraulic things. IMO, you can't beat the good ol' fashioned door handle - especially useful if you're in a mood and want to get a good swing when slamming it shut ~wink~
