Opera is great, it's th eonly thing i'll use as a proper web developer. With a 100% on the Acid3 tests, an error console, a built in web development tool called dragonfly, and now Opera Unite (not even to mention speed dials, link, ect) it's amazing. And fast too, Opera 10'd rendering engine completes the Acid tests faster than Chrome does, and no one will fight that Chrome is currently the fastest ~wink~

In other news, I feel like i'm upside down >.>

Opera used to be paid software, but a few years ago they went free, and it's had amazing results.

By the way, I was just reading more about Unite, and it sounds AMAZING.

"the Opera Unite Jukebox will let me choose 10 songs from my collection and put it in the queue, and all 8 of my friends who are connected to me (via Opera Unite) will do the same. In doing so, we create a virtual jukebox that contains the songs we’ve all selected. The jukebox will then play the songs to all of us (in random order), creating a shared listening experience. It’s sort of like online radio but with a social component, harking back to the days of going to a friend’s house to listen to records/tapes/CDs together."

And that's just 1 DEMO feature of Unite, it allows you to build your own stuff as well using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SVG and AJAX.

The slow bit? Depends where it's slow at actually. I don't know if the new browsing engine has been installed in the beta yet, they could still be working on it (meaning that you're using Opera 9.64 rendering). If the Unite is slow, again it depends. If localhost part is slow then they may need to fix a few things (it IS beta), if the web part is slow, keep in mind that their servers are taking a beating from the userload right now ~wink~

Oh, keep in mind the first few times you'll need to build the cache that you've had in FireFox for months now all over. Once it gets built up, you'll be browsing fast as anything.

Anyway...100 or so Moods available in the User CP on the Profile Tab...so get configuring ~twisted~
 
Have fun at the movie orc, I have yet to see it but probably will soon.
