That's one of the ones I custom made myself. You may see other Rewards1 members using it though, because I made a topic on the official forums stating that anyone could use that one, one that Murder made for me, and another one that I did in some spare time.

Wasn't hard though, took a stock gradient I had, overlayed the glow thing from Rewards1's main site, blended it, and blurred some. About 5 minutes in all, but a great result (from my view).
