It is a very stressful job... Not only do you have to help out doing the posts for the packages, you also need to keep a team together.

And deal with all levels of FP drama as well. Not just at the user level, but as TL you have to hear about and sort out disagreements between staff and give input on new feature ideas and the such.
My issue was, I was trying to fit a "full time" job into being "part time" with (GWN) and my other sites. I suggest if you're going to be a TL you don't own a network of other sites 😛
Either way, it was a fun time while it lasted, but it's not something i'd do again here at Forum Promotion.

Admin I could probably handle, because i'm used to being the boss guy. making fair decisions, directly work flow, ect. I honestly think that TL's have it worse because they have a job to manage as well, and direct contact with the team members where the admin is the 3rd party.Fowler said:

At the moment it is difficult, I wouldn't say stressful though. 3 staff members are currently away and at the moment it's just me and Killman, however I'm just waiting for a potential new recruit to accept. 🙂

I submitted some Rewards1 referral banners to Pyros (one of the admins there) to see if they can become "official" and be listed on the site with credit to me.

I love reading this topic because they'll be 3 pages of convo about an avatar and then 2 pages where every post is completely non-related to the ones around it, like everyone is just kinda on their own lol.
