I just got home from my 1st day of school for this new school year. I have more time then I had last year, which is awesome! more time for other things. 😀
 
I have a had a great day - been in the pub all afternoon and then I was taken for a gorgeous meal - Happy Bird 😉
 
My first day back is next week, i'm sooo not looking forward to it. I'm looking forward to finding out my timetable though.
 
It is only your first day... Give it a few weeks and it will be the same (if not worse) then last year.
 
I know it is. The reason is last year I played Basketball, and Football (American) and this year I just decided to take a PE class for Basketball, as I most likely won't make the basketball team.
 
Glad I still got a week till school 🙂
Also, got accepted into Honors Math... w00ts 😛
 
I had my first day of school today as well, and this year they decided to cut busing from our houses to "bus stops". As some of you know, I live in the "country", so no sidewalks or anything of the sort. My mum says she'll drive me up there in the mornings, because of the dark and fear i'll get myself hit (...probably on purpose...) yet I have to walk around a mile and a half in he afternoon :\

Good side: I can walk it in around 6-8 minutes, so I actually get home a few minutes earlier than I did before. The bad news is, if it snows the plow pushes the snow onto where I walk so I will actually be forced to walk in the middle of the road 😛

The funny thing is, the school just re-routed all their student parking and such to make it "safer" to walk into the school, and as one father put it to the face of the admin in charge "You're worried about my student being hit by one of your buses in 1 lane of traffic more than my son walking 5 miles on a road with a 55 MPH limit, when there's ice on the ground? What the fuck is wrong with you." - She stared at him blankly 🙂
 
First day as a senior in high school :yes:.It was freaky deaky awesome. I am trying to become Drum Major in the band, the guy who conducts, pretty cool, and yeah, 600 freshman 🙂
