Evening all. So I did my Biology GCSE today. It went ok but I finished with no spare seconds to check over anything :/
I made Bakewell Tarts in Home Ec that afternoon. YAY.

They might be a British thing. Basically it's pastry, jam & cake all mixed. So the pastry is on the bottom, then the jam, then cake on top and it's nice

Pretty similar to Jam Tarts except with a little bit of cake on top.. XD
